There was a big Moringa tree in my neighbourhood. We dried moringa leaves to make a nutritious powder for rice and soups. I also made an infusion from fresh leaves for joint pain and found relief in just a few days. Super food indeed!

What did you do with the infusion? Rub it on?

I drank it. You can also make a paste from the moringa powder and rub it on

How should one incorporate moringa in their diet to get the maximum benefits?

It also boosts milk production for lactating women. :)

I haven’t tried moringa yet but I do have my own plant. Just waiting for it to get a little bigger so that I can harvest without hurting it 🥰

I met a man who puts it in his coffee every morning.
