Nice article! I can see the direct connection between pre/probiotics and gut health because such substances introduce or balance the whatever is residing in our stomachs, I'm told. I'm curious as to how adequate sleep or exercise can directly affect the ecosystem in our bellies.

Thanks Dev for the feedback. Studies suggest that sleep disturbances can lead to imbalances in the gut microbiota, potentially increasing the risk of various health issues. Plus good sleep is important for overall health. Same way exercise has been associated with an increase in the diversity of gut bacteria, which is generally considered a sign of good gut health.
