If this encourages you: I have been blending castor oil, dmso (about 50/50) and adding a couple drops birch oil (an any-inflammatory that feels and smells similar to wintergreen) and applying it to my thyroid. I have Hashimoto’s and I take 76 mg iodine daily; have for a couple years. This didn’t resolve the Hashimoto’s, but it helped resolve a lot of other problems I had alongside it. It also didn’t shrink my thyroid back to normal size. When I blended dmso and iodine and applied that topically, it also didn’t shrink my thyroid back down, although I’m sure it was beneficial, because I was so deficient.
But applying the DMSO blend to my thyroid a couple times daily has eliminated the swelling. My neck looks normal now. IDK if I’ll ever be able to resolve the Hashimoto’s, but I am convinced this therapy helps.
I think you’re on the right track. My best to you.
In the quiet potency of castor oil, we encounter a medicine that speaks the language of restoration—working not through force, but through deep, patient nurturing. Its benefits, long revered across generations, remind us that true healing often emerges from humble, elemental sources: seeds, oils, earth, and time. Within its touch lies a soft invocation for the body to remember its own sacred intelligence.
In a world often chasing quick fixes, the gentle, enduring power of castor oil feels like a call to slow down, to tend, to trust the ancient rhythms within. What small, nourishing ritual might you invite today as a gesture of sacred self-restoration? ♾️
Hi I have Chronic Inflammation that even shows up in my blood work. What would you suggest on how to use Castor Oil for Chronic Inflammation? Thank you
Did you know it needs to be Hexane free in a glass bottle for the best quality? I didn't know that until recently.
In lieu of castor oil packs, would it be worth trying a combination of castor oil and DMSO, applied over the liver, to hasten the delivery?
