Been taking it for a few years now. Began taking it because I am older, have high BP and high cholesterol. It works for me. Keeps my heart healthy.

My girlfriend has MS and she’s on a gluten-free diet. It seems to help.

The body naturally creates Coq10. To support Coq10 production in your body eat organ meat, fatty fish and nut. Unless you have specific conditions like heart disease or migraines you don’t need to supplement with Coq10. If you are fatigued you need to find the root cause instead of masking symptoms with supplements.
