Hi and thank you for this post as I am considering adding in this supplement and have been researching it. Are there any side effects from taking this? Also although it may not damage. kidneys can it not false elevate kidney function tests?

Creatine for brain health has great potential, but there is still a lot we don't know. Thankfully, creatine has a great long term safety record and is cheap, so increasing your daily creatine dose to 10g/day makes a lot of sense. It will be interesting to see how the creatine and brain research evolves.

This is something I will be exploring more on my Substack in the coming months :)

I had to stop taking, I could not get enough water.

Do you have to use powders to mix? Or can you pop a Creatin gummy/supplement? Is one more effective than another? Thanks!

I’ve heard that the gummies aren’t effective, the powder is the best way to go!
